Key Responsibilities:
• Billing Management:
o Oversee the billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
o Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
o Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial reports and forecasts.
• Procurement:
o Manage trainers’ relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost effective training resources.
o Monitor trainers pool and coordinate with them upon projects demands.
• Products Development Projects Management:
o Collaborate with Head of Academy and lead the content designer to ensure product offerings meet clients and market demands.
o Analyze product performance and implement improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management related field.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the education or training sector.
• Strong understanding of billing, procurement, and product management processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
