1、规划各分/支公司的年度培训计划 Branch/ sub-branch annual training planning.
2、制定年度培训目标及衡量指标,并监督评估培训绩效 Set annual training goal and measurement, then supervise and assess training performance.
3、制定年度培训相关预算,并进行成本控制 Make annual training related budget to control cost.
4、根据业务需求编写特定专案培训计划及教材,并实施培训项目 Prepare training materials according to business needs, and implement the training program.
5、分支机构的讲师管理、训练督导 Trainer management for sub-branch and train the trainer
6、培训教程授课支援 Training course teaching support
培训执行方面 Training Implementation
1.LPTC课程讲座,AQE考试通过率指标达成LPTC course, pass rate of AQE
2.BTP课程讲座 BTP course
3.培训效果的追踪、评估与反馈 Tracking, assessment and feedback of training effectiveness.
4.客户活动商品相关讲座 Training course for customer activity products.
5. Other tasks assigned by line manager.
其他主管交待的事宜。
任职要求:
五年以上工作经验,其中三年以上寿险销售培训相关。More than 5-years working experiences. (More than 3-years insurance training related experiences.).
. 有效地沟通;能够协调销售团队之间、销售团队与其他相关支持部门的意见. Effective communication: could coordinate within sales team, and with other related supporting functions.
2. 建立关系:能够通过积极有效的沟通建立良好的协作关系,获得相关部门的业务支持;Relationship build-up: build good relationship through effective communication to get business support from related functions.
