Key Role: 工作内容概述
1. Reporting and data analysis to support HRBP’s needs
- Monthly org-chart update
- Data consolidation and accuracy check
- Comp. change & unchanged preparation
- Other ad-hoc reporting needs
2. Process management support:
- Support HRBP in various HR internal process (eg. HC request, on/off boarding…)
- Support HRBP in different projects (eg. Campus recruitment, performance management, talent review projects…)
3. Other responsibilities assigned by line manager.
Qualification 任职资格
Education Background教育背景:Bachelor degree
Key Experience经验:2 year + HR related experience
Functional/Business skills 专业技能:
• Strong at EXCEL and PPT, Power BI
• Strong learning ability
• Good analysis skill
• Good communication
• Basic HR concept
(Language/ Certificates, etc)
