Major Responsibilities:
-Provide on-boarding, contract renew, staff leaving services, etc.
-Manage personnel information and data.
-Manage basic staff welfare and benefits programs.
-Support attendance management.
-Participate in project-based work and be responsible for part of the project.
-Other tasks assigned by leaders.
Basic Requirement:
-Bachelor or above degree, HR or management related major preferred.
-Experiences in employee relations or C & B will be a plus.
-Analytical, data rational with strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness.
-Strong in planning, organizing, negotiation, presentation, and project management.
-Be responsible, self-initiative, innovative, endurance and willing to help.
-Excellent communication skills (both oral and written, both Chinese and English)
