1.Responsible for the overall Display Zone, Display Counter and HES Fconstruction and operation planning in Ecuador and Venezuela;
2.Responsible for managing overseas national store construction goals and completing construction target in accordance with national standards;
3.Develop operation and management specifications for overseas experience stores,DZ and DC, set production capacity baselines and standards, and improve production capacity at overseas sites;
4.Work with the country to complete retail mapping in overseas countries and establish store classification standards and store maps;
5.Responsible for establishing good and long-term interactive and cooperative relationships with target groups, such as shopping malls, to promote the implementation of store construction;
Job requirements: 1. Have successful experience in store construction & operation; 2. English can be used as a working language; Spanish is preferred;

1、负责厄瓜多尔，委内瑞拉的整体阵地建设及运营规划；
2、负责管理海外国家阵地建设目标，并和国家对标完成目标阵地的；
3、制定海外体验店、专区、专柜的运营管理规范，设定阵地产能基线及标准，提升海外阵地的产能；
4、和区域一起完成海外国家的零售地图，建立门店分级标准和门店地图；
5、负责与区域目标群体的中高层人员建立良好、长期的互动合作关系，推动阵地建设落地；
工作要求：
1、有建店&运营成功经验；
2、英语可以作为工作语言，会西语优先；
3、在电子产品行业有经验3-5年起优先（如手机、电脑、配件等）。
