职位描述
Responsibility:
• Strong sourcing candidates proactively via Linkedin, Job Boards, etc.
• Experience in enhancing corporate culture
• Participate in the entire employment cycle and play a major role in staff recruitment
• Handle the full set of C&B functions, including monthly payroll, social fund, taxation and liaising with insurance vendors
• Drive HR projects and initiatives including but not limited to annual salary benchmarking, salary and bonus review, rewards review
• Review and manage the accuracy of HRIS system and attendance and leave record
• Set and review current HR policies on a yearly basis and release notice when needed
• Ensure all HR processes and policies to comply with legal requirements
• Manage office administration and facilities; company vehicles’ licenses and insurance
• Prepare various HR reports for management review
• Supervise a small team to handle daily operations
Requirements:
• Degree holder in HRM / Business Admin or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sizable company
• Independent, detail-minded with strong problem-solving skill
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
• Experience working in factory, handling employment compensation cases is an advantage
• Excellent excel skills and in-depth knowledge of Thailand labour ordinance
