Job Description:
1.According to the company's business needs, assist in formulating the overall recruitment plan for the Western team and implement it;
2.Be responsible for the full process follow-up of the company's overseas positions (junior and intermediate) interview arrangements, timely sort out and optimize the recruitment process, and effectively manage recruitment channels;
3.Keep abreast of the job requirements of the business department, be responsible for the recruitment, selection, and evaluation of candidates, talent map construction, and efficient delivery to complete recruitment goals;
4.Study the development trends of industry talents, accumulate and maintain talent pool resources in the industry;
5.Participate in special projects such as annual human resources talent inventory, talent evaluation, and informatization.
6.Recruitment-related data collation and analysis support.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in human resources, psychology, education or management related majors;
2. More than three years of experience in recruitment or full-time headhunting, able to independently conduct recruitment selection, interview, recruitment and onboarding follow-up work;
3. Proficient in talent recruitment (channel development, job matching, assessment and identification, etc.), master conventional recruitment skills.
4 .Optimistic and tough, goal-oriented, dedicated and teamwork-oriented.
5. Proficient in English, with IT industry experience such as game and software development preferred.

1、根据公司业务需求,协助制定西方团队招聘整体方案并落地执行;
2、负责公司海外岗位(初中级)面试安排全流程跟进,及时梳理、优化招聘流程,有效管理招聘渠道;
3、及时了解业务部门岗位需求,负责业务部门招聘、甄选、评估候选人,人才地图构建,高效交付完成招聘目标;
4、研究行业人才发展动向,积累及维护行业内人才库资源;
5、参与人力年度人才盘点、人才评价、信息化等专项项目。
6、招聘相关数据整理与分析支持。
任职要求:
1、人力资源、心理学、教育学或管理相关专业,本科及以上学历;
2、三年以上招聘或专职猎头工作经验,能独立进行招聘甄选、面试、录用及入职跟进工作;
3、精通人才招聘(渠道开发、人岗匹配、测评识别等),掌握常规的招聘技巧。
4、乐观皮实,目标结果导向,具有敬业精神及团队合作意识。
5、英语熟练,有游戏、软件开发等IT行业优先。
