严格遵守国家，公司集团和公司的各种规
章制度。

参与公司安全标准化和 GMP 等体
系建立和执行。

对自己的安全负责和指导下属的 HSEQ 行为以满足岗位需求（如有下属的话）。

• Ensure environment sustainable development by conducting wastes segregation and pollution reduction etc. 开展废弃物收

集和分类，减少污染物的排放等保证环境的可持续发展。

• Any other tasks related HSEQ issues assigned by management. 其他上级安排的 HSEQ 方面的安排。

• Enforce the Integration System to be implemented by shift operators strictly, cooperating with shift supervisor; find any unsafe

factor in the production process and assist to cope with the process accidents in time, timely report if any big problem. Involve

in the accident investigation and follow up the action plan of the improvement measures. 配合倒班主管，督促班组严格执

行综合管理体系；发现生产过程中不安全因素和工艺事故及时协助处理，重大问题及时汇报。发生事故后参与事故事

件调查并跟踪改进措施的完成情况；

• Assist the direct leader’s workshop management in the aspects of safety, production, and organize the production workers to

strictly implement the process operation rules, technical regulations of safety, analysis procedures, to avoid process accidents

orsafety accidents. 协助直接领导做好车间的安全、生产管理工作，并组织生产工人严格执行工艺操作规程、安全技术

规程、分析规程等，杜绝工艺事故和安全事故的发生；

• Be responsible for the daily inspection and rectification on process safety and discipline implementation in the workshop. 负

责车间工艺安全纪律执行情况的日常检查和整改落实；

• Actively participate in the safety activities, and supply the reasonable proposals on safety production 积极参加安全活动，提

出有关安全生产的合理化建议.

• Support on customer claim investigation and audit, always focus on root cause and avoid re-occuring issues. Have an efficient

follow-up on the actions under shoulder. 支持客户投诉和审核，关注问题的根本原因，避免问题重复发生。对于职责下的

行动项进行积极的跟进。

• According to company system requirements, be responsible for SOP training and assessment of the new employees. If

assessment can’t meet with the requirement, it’s obliged to report to the direct leader with facts. 按公司体系要求，负责新

进厂员工本岗位 SOP 培训并对其进行考核。考核不合格需再次培训，并将真实情况向直接领导汇报

2. Production 生产

• To produce according to the Supply Chain’s production plan and deliver PDS to the shift leader in time. 根据供应链生产计划

进行生产，生产工艺单（PDS）及时下发至倒班班长；

• According to company requirements, update the SOP and train relevant employees at least once a year; if any temporary SOP

updating required, it’s a necessity to give the employees training, and the training data should be saved after employees’

signature. 根据公司要求，每年至少一次 SOP 更新并培训相关员工；对生产操作中出现 SOP 临时更新时，需及时对员工进

行培训，相关培训资料员工签名后归档；

• Focus on any possible problem in the production process, if the problem cannot be settled independently, it should be

reported to direct leader then involve process engineer to solve together, to ensure the products’ RFT. 关注生产工艺中出现问

题，自行无法解决时向直接领导汇报同时和工艺工程师商量解决方案，确保产品一次合格率达标；

• Cooperate with Process Department to do a good job in ITF and collect the testing data to the higher leader or process engineer

in time. 配合工艺部做好 ITF 工作，并及时将现场试验操作数据汇总至上级领导或工艺工程师；

• According to the development of the workshop production process, initiate MOC, discuss with process engineer and other

related personnel, to write MOC documents and submit relevant department for the audit, project tracking and work closing. 根据

车间生产工艺发展的需要，做 MOC 发起人，与工艺工程师及其他相关人员讨论，编写相关 MOC 书面资料提交相关部门审

核、项目跟踪及完工后关闭工作；

•Discuss the stock products, rework plan of unqualified product with Process Department and push effective rework production.

和工艺部讨论库存品、不合格品返工方案并进行有效返工生产；

•Participate in the discussion of the unqualified product and quality accident. And involve in the technical reform of the product

参与不合格品和质量事故的评审, 参与产品的技术整改工作.

• Participate in company energy and CSR related activities, supporting company sustainable development.

参与公司能源及 CSR 等活动中，支持公司的可持续发展。

3. Management 管理

• Train subordinates to improve their own ability to meet the requirements of the work and accomplish their goals

通过对员工技术培训，提高他们自身能力以满足工作的要求和完成他们的目标；

• Make use of the evaluation system to effectively evaluate the performance of the subordinates to stimulate the team members.

利用现有考评系统，有效评价车间一线成员的技能水平，以达到激励团队；

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities 所需的知识、技能、能力:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in polymer, chemical process, chemical engineering, chemical application, etc. 高分子材

料/化工工艺/化学工程/应用化学专业等相关专业本科以上或相当

• ＞1 years related experience with compounding process，lean manufacturing experience is a plus. ＞1 年改性生产相关经验，

有 lean 生产经验是加分项

• Good knowledge of polymer science, chemical engineering, technical working ability, familiar with the knowledge of

workshop production or related 较好高分子材料，化工专业知识，有一定的技术工作能力，熟悉车间生产相关知识.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken. 较好的英文能力(书写，阅读，口语是加分项)

• Good MS office skill (word, excel, PPT) 较好的 office word, excel, PPT 技能.

• Familiar with SAP system 熟悉 SAP 系统

• Familiar with power BI & MES system is a plus. 熟悉 power BI 和 MES 系统是加分项

• Able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks. 抗压能力强，能合理规划时间，满足多重
