Location

General responsibilities:

- Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.

·
- Support the implementation of production processes, equipment and machinery

·
- Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training

·
- Create work instruction for equipment and tool and train people

·
- Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.

·
- Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects.

·
- Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.

·
- Obtaining any materials and equipment required.

·
- Order parts, tools, equipment for service and production

·
- Maintenance of equipment, tools and clean room, make small repairs

·
- Support qualification process for equipment and related documents

·
- Support warehouse management and logistic

Requirements:

·
- At least 2 years experience in Production or Service or Technical department work

·
- Mechanical / optical background (electronic background would also work but in Taicang we mainly have mechanical and optical
things)

·
- Basic English level in verbal and written communication

·
- Degree in engineering mechanical or electronic

·
- Experince in medical device industry

·
- Proficiency in MS Office.

·
- Proven experience in the engineering field.

·
- Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
