In this role you'll make an impact by:

• Responsible for fermentation/Recovery/Wastewater Treatment production process and equipment to ensure smooth production and stable delivery to customers.


• Capable of optimize fermentation /Recovery technology for more cost efficiency and sustainability and cooperate with local production team and global optimization network.


• Responsible for product BOM (bill of material) budget, yield and optimization variance budget.


• Close follow up production process, provide technical support and troubleshooting when needed.


• Cooperate with global and local functions to ensure successful product introduction and site shift.


• Capable of identify process/equipment constrains and come up with technical solution and play as the user manager for Capex project assigned by management team.

You will report to Manager of Process Engineering Department.

To succeed you must hold:

• Master's degree in fermentation, bioengineering, biotechnology, engineering, environmental engineering, or other related science.


• 2+ years proven experience in relative area is preferred.


• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skill.


• Be a good team player and quick learner.


• Good at oral, listening and writing in English.
