职位描述:

1、负责人才招聘,完善公司人才储备和梯队建设;

2、核算每月员工的工资及考勤复核,确保薪资发放的及时性准确性;
3、负责办公室日常行政工作;

4、协助上级安排的其他人力资源协同工作:如商务接待、翻译等工作。

岗位要求

1、本科及以上学历,中文、泰语可作为工作语言,人力资源/工商管理相关专业优先;
2、具备1年以上人力资源相关工作经验;熟悉当地市场,有本地生活、学习经验者优先;

3、熟练操作office、excel、OA等办公软件。


Job Description:

1.Responsible for team building, talent identification and selection.

2.Calculate monthly employee salaries and verify attendance records to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll distribution.

3.Manage daily office administrative tasks.

4.Assist with other tasks assigned by superiors, such as business reception, translation, and other duties.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher; proficiency in Chinese and Thai as working languages, with a preference for candidates with a background in Human Resources or Business Administration.

2. At least 1 year of relevant HR experience; familiarity with the local market and preference for those with local living or study experience.

3. Proficient in using office software such as Office.

4. Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stress management skills.
