Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provide services for international students, including advising on and assisting with visa and residence permit applications, advising on course selections etc;
2. Assist in development, coordination and delivery of programs, workshops, and activities for international students;
3. Serve as liaison with academic schools, colleges and other campus units about issues related to international students;
4. Assist with OAL’s major international events on campus or elsewhere throughout the year;
5. Provide administrative assistance for the office;
6. Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Prior relevant working experience in the education field is preferred but not required;
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills;
4. A good command of written and spoken language skills both in English and Chinese;
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PPT etc.);
6. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
