岗位职责:
1. Implement HR priorities in the organization in line with Group/Global Division strategy, covering culture, people and organization.
2. Partner with managers and employees in oversea countries to understand current issues and provide HR solutions to resolve issues.
3. Implement HR policies and processes in oversea countries, ensuring compliance with local legal requirements and Group policies, providing feedback to utilize practices.
4. Support managers on performance.
5. Partner with managers on workforce planning, and work with Talent team to ensure a healthy and sustainable talent pipeline in the organization.
6. Partner with managers to understand and identify learning requirements, make learning strategy, and collaborate with learning division to customize programs.
7. Conduct organization analysis and people review to make succession plan
8. Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree, oversea study or working experiences preferred;
2. Minimum 5 years experience as HRBP supporting international team or sales team, prior TD experience preferred;
3. Fluent English in oral and written
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills;
5. Fast learner, result-oriented, team player; ability to work under pressure;
6. Be able to develop creative ideas and ability to influence and partner with senior managers of the organization to achieve results.
7. International travel requested
