Main responsibility:
1. Provide end to end talent acquisition service to assigned business units.
2. Collaborate and inform workforce and demand planning needed to both scale delivery teams to meet forecast volume and create targeted pipelines of quality diverse talent ahead of demand
3. Optimize recruitment process from talent pool establishment, interview, assessment, feedback and on-boarding process, to build good employee experience throughout recruitment cycle, as part of employer branding
4. Develop effective, collaborative relationships with regional business leaders, Talent Leads and HR, elevating TA engagement, influencing talent and skills strategy decisions
5. Provide reporting, forecasting, metrics development and implementation that drives Talent Acquisition performance, consistently measuring the team’s progress against aggressive hiring goals
6. Implement company policy and HR regulations based on a strong knowledge of labor law and employment best practices.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 8 years of talent acquisition experience is required, life science (biology, chemistry, and pharmaceutical science) hiring experience preferred.
2. Bachelor's degree or above.
3. Good command of written and oral English.
4. Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines.
