JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Recruitment:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies

to attract top talent.

Manage the full recruitment process, including

job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand

staffing needs and create job descriptions.

Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates

through proactive sourcing and networking.

2. Onboarding:

Oversee the onboarding process for new hires,

ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.

Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all

necessary paperwork is completed.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure

new employees have the tools and resources they need to succeed.

3. Training and Development:

Identify training needs and develop

comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Conduct training sessions and workshops on

various topics, including company policies, procedures, and professional

development.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of

training programs and make improvements as needed.

4. Employee Retention:

Develop and implement employee retention

strategies to reduce turnover and increase job satisfaction.

Conduct regular check-ins and stay interviews

to understand employee needs and concerns.

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace

culture through various initiatives and programs.

Assist in the development and implementation of

employee recognition and rewards programs.

5. HR Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee

records and HR documentation.

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment

laws and regulations.

Assist with employee relations issues and

provide guidance and support to managers and employees.

Participate in the development and

implementation of HR policies and procedures.

6. Salary and Benefit

Salary and bonus calculation and payment,

ensure the payroll accuracy and on-time releasing;

Daily benefits management, including social

insurance and other special benefits program

7. Administrative Part

Maintain a good image of the office, especially

the front desk, meeting room, public area;

Receive incoming calls and transfer to right

persons or departments;

Guest or visitor's reception, give appropriate

arrangement including accommodation & Transportation;

Manage office access card, computer,

stationary, including application and distribution;

Company-level activity support, team building,

outing, annual dinner or tea break arrangement.

Support leaders on meeting minutes, travel

arrangement and reimbursement review, etc

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related

field

• Minimum 3 years of working experience as HR Specialist or HR Business Partner ideally in an international

manufacturing company


• Profound knowledge about Serbian labour code


• Detailed knowledge of HR processes and HR best practices


• Excellent communication skills as well as a confident and competent manner


• Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and excellent teamworking skills


• Independent working style, Problem-solving skills and structured way of thinking,


• Hands-on mentality, willingness to take over responsibility


• Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP HR / SAP SF would be an advantage


• Fluency in English (written and oral) min B2/C1 , Proficient in Serbian is preferred
