Key Responsibilities and Duties
1. Communicate with customers, confirm customer standards, lead the APQP of project team related to quality;与客户沟通，确认客户标准，领导项目组与质量相关的APQP
2. Supervise and control process quality, and analyze and assess the technological manufacturing process risks together with the project teams; 监督和控制工艺质量，与项目团队一起分析和评估工艺制造过程风险
3. Solve the related product quality issues together with the process engineers for handling customer complaints and returns; 与工艺工程师一起解决相关产品质量问题，处理客户投诉和退货
4. Conduct internal system audit and manufacturing process audit;执行内部体系审核和生产过程审核
5. Participate in ECN review with project engineer, process engineer and PM, change CP&II based on ECN result.与项目工程师、工艺工程师和产品经理一起参与ECN评审，根据ECN结果更改CP&II
Skills and Specifications:
1.Be familiar with IAG 5tools, 8D, QC 7 tools,lean-6Sigma and GT&D;熟悉IAG 5tools, 8D, QC 7tools,lean-6Sigma和GT&D
2.Be familiar with tooling, molding, painting, CNC, laser and assembly process.熟悉模具.成型.喷漆.CNC.激光和装配工艺
3.Good analysis logical 良好的分析逻辑能力
4.Good English Listening, speaking and writing.良好的英语听说读写能力
5.Certification of ISO9001.通过ISO9001认证
