Lead field excellence business partners to complete field force activities, including but not limited to targeting and segmentation, field force deployment, target allocation, and incentive design. Systematically and regularly offer insight and optimization suggestions to customer engagement teams for better FTE efficiency.
Oversee all field force excellence activities across engagement teams to ensure a fair and relatively consistent framework is in place. Handle potential conflict and facilitate mutual interest between different teams.
Lead team to design and track business execution and performance. Identify improving opportunities through internal and external data analytics. Explore new way of insight generation to facilitate better business planning and execution.
Closely work with commercial excellence solution team to complete field force operation, and as business requestor to develop effective and innovative data tools, systems and products to better support business operation and data analytics.
Collaborate with Finance, HR, Compliance and other teams to ensure integrated support to customer engagement teams and distribution management team.

Education: University degree.
Languages: Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese.
At least 10 years’ experience in company central field force effectiveness functions. SFE business partner experience is a must. Incentive framework management is a plus. Expert at SFE topics (especially on targeting and field deployment optimization).
At least 5 years’ experience in business analytics, covering behavior, internal performance, and market dynamics data. Expert at linking all data sources to drive insight for better business execution.
Proven record in people management for at least 3 years.
Proven record of cross-function/team collaboration.
Mature in communication and presentation with senior leaders. Believe in team play.
Strong strategic thinking.
Curious and open to changes and innovation.
