Description

· Define and develop new control processes, consult and
support development of bobbin winding

· Project planning, programming and setup new winding
machines

· Program interfaces to leading software systems with
implementing robots, testing systems and external modules

· Close cooperation and technical agreements with
external line suppliers in case of software implementation

· Implementation of equipment (if applicable also at our
international affiliated companies) and training of colleagues

· Continuous improvement of winding equipment and robot
handling

· Planning, induction and training of new equipment

· Create and issue WI and technical specifications

· Provide overseas training opportunities

Qualification & Skills

· Education in mechanics or mechatronics

· Ideally additional technical degree or respective
working experiences

·
At least
3 years experiences in automation and machine programming

· Experiences in assembly and automation

· Ability to create stable new processes

· High structural and targeted work ethics, strict in
documentation, high responsible character

· Good oral English skills, additional German language
knowledge would be an advantage
