Tasks

The candidate will be part of a team of highly specialized process experts, which supports and consults the production department

The candidate should be experienced in precision manufacturing and mechanics

·
Handling of fine mechanical works control and as the circumstances require fine adjust positions and clearances in the
work station

·
Conduct quality control, process control during process qualification and adjust and measure with appropriate tooling

·
Check process and result against drawings and specifications

·
Take part in CIP

·
Early stage support to the design department in product design to ensure manufacturing accuracy and feasibility of the final product

·
Future task includes to discuss line design and construction requirements with suppliers on a highly technical level and evaluate line concepts for future products

Qualification & Skills

·
In-depth know-how and experience in mechanical context

·
Knowledge and good use of 3D CAD systems

·
Engineering education in mechanical engineering, precision mechanics, manufacturing design

·
Tool Designer (injection molding, stamping)

·
Deep understanding and handling of adjustment of precision mechanics and metal machining would be preferable

·
Deep understanding of tolerance chain calculation and adjustment in automated production lines
