ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and develop seat comfort systems (seat heaters, comfort cools etc.) in direct contactwith customer technical personal according to Gentherm APOP/PCP procedures as below:
依照捷温如下 APQP/PCP 流程，直接与客户技术人员交流，设计和开发包括座椅加热通风等功能的座椅舒适系统:

Based on customer input- specification/ technical requirement / drawing/ 3D data ..toprepare and release master design, create BOM, define package agreement;

Update design according to customer/internal change during development;在开发过程中根据客户新的输入/内部需求更新设计

Production Preparation 准备生产
Release production parts into PDM and copy into SAP, notify project team for maintain;将要生产的 parts 释放到 PDM，复制到 SAP 中，并通知 project team 进行产品维护Complete PVp;

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree

Know well about basic project management knowledge and give improvement suggestionthrough cost management/quality management/risk management掌握项目管理基础，能够通过成本管理、质量管理以及风险管理对整个项目提出改善建议;
Know well about the lean basic knowledge, identify the waste and lead relevant departments todo improvement work掌握 Lean Basic 基础知识;并能有效识别浪费带领相关部门作出改善

3-5 years' working experiences as a product design engineer in mechanical field3-5 年汽车行业产品设计经验
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Know well and applying the APOP、FMEA、 SPC、MSA and PPAP of automotive industryquality tools掌握 APQP、FMEA、SPC、 MSA 和 PPAP 汽车行业质量工具知识以及应用;Know well about the SCl0 software-FMEA熟悉 SCl0 software-FMEA
Know about the GD&T, and can identify the GC&T drawings/ GD&T能够读懂产品 GD&T 的图纸
Well applying the CAD、 CATlA , UG to finish the product and technical confirmation能够熟练应用 CAD、CATIA、UG 等工具完成产品需求与技术确认;
Know well about the lATF 16949: 2016 and design related terms requirements熟悉 IATF 16949:与设计相关的条款，了解客户需求;
Know well about the tolling design and management process熟悉工具设计，以及工具设备的管理流程;
