2收集保险相关信息并报告主管，及时处理保险相关投诉；

3作为客户与公司、合作保险三者间的沟通桥梁；

4协助保险公司查勘定损员对事故车辆进行定损并维护客户及公司的利益；

5按照保险条款协助客户办理索赔申请及相应索赔事宜，包括估算、定损、赔款单证审核、赔款计算等；

6按公司要求参加完成相关培训任务；完成上级领导或公司安排的其他工作。
