Requirements for experience:
• At least 7 years of working experience in accounting in medium to large MNC or international companies, preferably in manufacturing industry;
• hands-on experience in handling detailed and repetitive accounting tasks in AP/AR/GL/costing as well as month-end closing
• Good understanding of GAAP （CN or US or IFRS）
• Exposure to forecast/budgeting/analysis is preferred
• Progressive and solid growth in professional route
• Exposure to CN local companies is plus

Requirements for knowledge and skills:
• Bachelor (or above) degree in Accounting, Finances
• CAP/ACCA or similar certificate is a plus
• Chinse + English + Indonesian or willingness to learn Indonesian
• Good understanding of accounting/costing workflow and financial statements
• Problem-solving skills with high levels of motivation, initiative, & energy
• Analysis skills and systematic way of handling task
• Good and active in communication across departments
• Fluent in WinOffice software, experience with Kingdee/SAP is a plus
• Understanding of mining/processing would be advantageous
• Mature and patient

Responsibilities:
• Ensure the quality of accounting data
• Execute Month-end closing and other accounting daily operation tasks
• Participate in analytical tasks and work with management team on continuous improvement initiatives
• Support the set-up of accounting function of new legal entity
• Daily operation of accounting function
• Ensure a clean Balance Sheet through account reconciliation and other necessary activities
• Provide support for monthly financial performance package and P&L related analysis
• Set up SOP for accounting process
• Participate cost-saving initiative as well as other projects
• Complete other ad-hoc task as required
