Knowledge and Skills：
• Good understanding of accounting/costing workflow and financial statements
• Problem-solving skills with high levels of motivation, initiative, & energy
• Analysis skills and systematic way of handling task
• Good and active in communication across departments
• Fluent in Win Office software
• Understanding of mining/processing would be advantageous
• Mature and patient

Experience：
• At least 5-7 years of working experience in finance, accounting in medium to large MNC or international companies, preferably in manufacturing industry;
• Progressive and solid growth in professional route
• Good accounting background with focus in forecast/budgeting and cost
• Exposure to Chinese local companies is preferred

Main Responsibilities：
• Develop budgets and forecasts
• Analyse cost and operational performance and work with management team on continuous improvement initiatives
• Support the set-up of accounting function of new legal entity
• Standardization of key process

Specific Tasks：
According to supervisor’s instruction to:
• Draft policy, flow chart, process map and other procedures
• Set up the budgeting and forecast system/process for business and monitoring the execution
• Develop monthly financial performance package, review with key stakeholders and develop actions for follow-up
• Review capital investment decisions and ensure the financial benefits are correctly estimated.
• P&L related analysis and presentation
• Actively participate cost-saving initiative as well as other projects
• Provide support for account reconciliation and follow up on the actions
• Complete other ad-hoc task as required
• Interact with business and supporting department at Chinese JV partner side to complete the task given; communicate with relevant department in MBM, such as tax, accounting, budgeting, corporate finance to align and consult for the best result
