Job Responsibility:
1.Strategic planning:participate in the company's major business decisions, responsible for the company's strategic marketing projects, responsible for the performance indicators.
2.Team management: global marketing system establishment, including recruitment, training and management of sales team. set annual targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), provide professional support to sales team, and ensure the realization of sales performance.
3.Market expansion: overseas market expansion and deepening, key markets/regions expansion of sales areas.
4.Customer relationship maintenance: ability to communicate and influence with senior management of customers, as well as transnational/regional and cross-cultural influence; Track customer demand and feedback, and formulate corresponding service plans to continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5.Data analysis: regularly verify and analyze the marketing environment, target, plan and business activities; timely adjust marketing strategies and plans; work out preventive and corrective measures; ensure the completion of marketing targets and plans. Forecast and analyze sales data, adjust and optimize sales plan and strategy in time.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, professional and fluent in oral and written English, able to negotiate business with overseas customers.
2.More than 10 years of foreign trade experience, and more than five years of experience as a marketing executive of photovoltaic bracket head.
3.Possess an executive mindset and be able to develop strategies and execute them effectively to achieve business objectives.
4.High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills, able to build positive working relationships and teamwork.

5、数据分析:定期对市场营销环境、目标、计划、业务活动进行核查分析,及时调整营销策略和计划,制订预防和纠正措施,确保完成营销目标和营销计划。对销售数据进行预测和分析,及时调整和优化销售计划和战略。
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历,英语口语及书面表达专业、流利,能与海外客户进行商务谈判;
2、十年以上外贸经验,并具备五年以上光伏支架头部营销高管经验;
3、具备经营者思维,能够制定战略并有效地执行,实现业务目标;
4、高情商和卓越的沟通能力,能够建立积极的工作关系和团队协作。
