ROLE PURPOSE工作概述:

According to the work instruction in company, maintain and manage the warehouse system, Communicate with other department in order to assure the problems that occurs can be effectively disposed. 根据公司要求维护和管理仓库系统。与其他部门保持联系，及时有效处理并解决相关问题。

KEY TASKS &RESPONSIBILITIES:

工作职责:

1.Maintain the warehousemanagement system. 维护仓库管理系统

2.Supervise and monitor all the warehouse inventory transactions.管理并监督所有库存事务

3.Monitor issue material based on FIFO. 根据FIFO（先进先出原则）发放物料

4.Make sure inventory in SAP is accorded with actual goods.确保SAP系统中库存数据与实际相符

5.Handle the problems or complains from external and internal. 处理内外问题及投诉

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

任职资格:

1. Bachelor degreed with at least 5 years work or master gradudates in revelant major本科以上学历，5年以上工作经验，优秀专业对口应届硕士亦可接受

2. Major in Logisitics or Industrial Engineering 物流/工业工程等相关专业

3. Skill in Microsoft Excel 熟悉Excel操作

4. Good knowledge of management. 有良好的管理知识

5. Be good at spoken & written English, familiar with SAP warehouse module

熟悉仓储SAP系统，英语读写流利

6. Understand industry safety management. 了解工业的安全管理

7. Have been trained about chemical leaking emergency.

有参与过化学品泄漏应急处理的培训

8. Positive attitude, good sense of inventory management

态度积极，对库存管理有良好的了解

该岗位前期2-3个月会前往烟台工厂培训，之后长期在金山新工厂发展，属面向硕士应届生的管理储备岗位，后期需要管理仓库一线员工。
