1. Ensure customer complaints to be handled in compliance with NN SOPs and regulations, focusing on potential crisis and customer complaints.
2. Ensure customer complaints related activities are processed in compliance.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Min 2-3 years in pharmaceutical company or relevant.
3. Min 2-3 years in customer communication.
4. Customer orientation.
5. Good communication.
6. Problem solving.
7. Fluency in both written & spoken English.
