岗位职责：
1.遵守适用的安环法律法规的合规性要求，服从公司的安环政策及管理制度，将安环意识融入到本职工作中。了解部门和本职位的安环目标，落实各项安环管理要求，并积极参与持续改善工作。Comply with the compliance requirements of applicable safety, health, and environmental laws and regulations, obey the company's safety and environmental policies and management systems, and integrate safety and environmental awareness into their work. Understand the department and personal target of safety, health, and environment implement various safety, health, and environmental management requirements, and actively participate in continuous improvement.
2.遵守公司质量方针，基于与本职位相关的ISO流程和作业指导书开展日常工作，不断提升质量意识。了解公司、部门和本职位的质量目标。负责本职位责任区域内的5S工作。Comply with company quality policy, and conduct daily work based on ISO procedures and work instructions. Improve quality awareness continously. Familiar with company/department/position quality targets. Responsilbe for 5S of own area.
3.在指导下，进行项目计划，追踪和实施。Under the guidance, complete the project planning, tracking and implementation.
4.参与工艺和设备改进相关主题（PID,RST,Hazop,区域分类等）进行沟通，以帮助解决现场问题。Engage in process and equipment improvement related topics (PID, RST, Hazop, regional classification, etc.) to help solve on-site issues.
5.参与设备调试，给予工艺上的技术支持。Participate in equipment commissioning and provide technical support for the process.
6.公司高层管理安排的其他任务。Other tasks assigned by the company's top management.
任职资格：
1.教育背景Education：本科以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、过程装备与控制工程等相关专业。Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design and manufacturing and automation, process equipment and control engineering and other related majors.
2.知识knowledge：具有化工原理，机械原理，化工机械等相关知识。Knowledge of chemical principles, mechanical principles, chemical machinery and other related knowledge.
3.技能Technology：
掌握文件检索、资料查询的基本方法，具有一定的科学研究和实际工作初步能力。Master the basic methods of document retrieval and data inquiry, and have certain preliminary ability in scientific research and practical work.
4.能力Capability：
（1）良好的英语语言能力，书面和口语优先；Good command of English language, written and spoken is preferred.
（2）良好的IT素养，特别是MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, VISO project. Good command of IT literacy, especially MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, VISO project.
5.985、211化工院校本科及以上学位毕业。2024年应届生或2025年毕业实习生（毕业以后可以留在企业工作）。Graduated from 985 and 211 chemical engineering colleges with bachelor's degree or above. Fresh graduates in 2024 or graduate interns in 2025 (can stay and work in the company after graduation).
