岗位职责:
作为挪威公司驻中国中山办事处的经理,您将负责全面监控和管理办事处的日常运营,确保各部门高效协作,满足公司总体战略目标和业务需求。您需要具备良好的领导能力和沟通协调能力,能够带领团队实现公司设定的各项业绩指标。
As the office manager in Norway Orient Holding As Zhongshan office, you will be in charge of total management and monitor the daily operation of whole offic, make sure all teams/departments are working in high efficiency and closely team work and cooperation each other. Full fill the company general strategy and business demands. You should be excellent leadership and communication and coordination capability, and lead the whole office and teams/departments to achieve the company target.
主要职责:
Major responsibility:
1. 全面监控运营:负责监控中山办公室所有部门(包括行政、人事、财务、物流、品管、技术和采购部)的日常工作,确保各部门正常运行,及良好紧密合作。及时处理重大异常,保障公司业务的平稳运作。
Total monitor the whole office operation: Be responsible for the monitor daily operation for all teams/departments activity including HR &Administration, Finance, Logistic, Technical & Quality control and Sourcing team. Make sure each teams/department could run smoothly and good cooperation, handle with abnormal issues, and ensure company’s stable operation.
2. 项目与订单管理:确保所有项目和订单符合总公司的要求和标准,制定并执行质量控制措施,以实现公司的质量目标。
Project and order management: Ensure all projects and orders meet company’s requirements and achieve the quality target.
3. 商业建议与决策支持:为公司高层提供商业建议,协助制定并优化公司战略决策,确保公司发展方向的准确性和有效性。
Business suggestion and strategy support: Provide business information to top management , support to set up and optimize the company strategy ,ensure the company development in correct and efficiency way.
4. 沟通协调:协调公司内部各部门之间的关系,促进部门间的协作与沟通;同时,与挪威总公司保持密切沟通,确保信息传递的准确性和及时性。
Coordination and communication : Coordinate internal relationship of each teams/departments and the communication with Norway to make sure smooth internal communication.
5. 外部关系管理:与供应商、客户、合作机构等外部单位建立良好的合作关系,有效处理工作事务,维护公司形象和利益。
Exterior relationship management: Build up good connection with suppliers, customers and other outside cooperated parties to ensure good & efficient cooperation, maintain the company image and interest.
6. 指示复核与问题解决:复核各部门主管发出的指示,确保其合理性和正确性;协助主管解决工作中遇到的问题,提供必要的支持和建议。
Giving instruction and problem solving: Double check the rationality and validity of the indication issued by the supervisor and assist supervisor to solve the problems
7. 工作指导与优化:传达公司的要求和指示,明确各部门的工作方向;教导员工正确的工作思维和方法,优化工作流程,提高工作效率和质量。
Task guidance and optimization : Transfer company’s requirements and instruct the working direction of each department. Coach staffs with correct working way, optimize working procedure, achieve company’s goals.
8. 预算管理:监控中山办公室的预算执行情况,控制运营成本,确保公司资源的合理利用和效益最大化。
Budget management: Monitor the office business activity and related expense, ensure the expense is handling
according to budget, control the operation cost, ensure the reasonable using of company resource and
maximizing benefits
9. 人员管理:负责中山办公室各部门的人员招聘、培训、绩效考核和团队管理建设及人力资源储备,确保团队稳定和高效。
HR management: Be responsible for staff management, recruitment, training, performance evaluation, team
building and resource reservation, ensure the team stability and high efficiency.
10. 制度优化:持续优化中山办公室的各项管理制度和流程,提高管理水平和工作效率。
Policy optimization : Keeping improve to optimize the management system ,working procedure of ZS office,
improve the management skill.
11.向上汇报: 与老板保持紧密沟通,随时将发现的问题及解决建议提供给老板。
Report to top: keep close communication with CEO, report in time the open question with suggested solution to CEO.
12. 其他任务:完成公司委派的其他工作任务,确保公司战略目标的顺利实现。

任职要求:
专业不限,国际贸易、商务英语、MBA或管理类相关专业优先
International Business, English major, MBA or related management majors preferred, but not limited to
1. 英语听说读写流利.
Good English in speaking and writing
2. 具备组建良好工作模式及带领采购团队的能力
Have strong ability of building good working mode and leading sourcing team.
3. 具备较强的人员管理与统筹解决问题的能力
Have strong ability of managing people & problem solving.
4. 具备很强的商业意识
Have strong sense of business
5. 具备很强的谈判能力,逻辑思维及统筹能力强,善于沟通协调,能在高压力下工作,工作效率高
Have strong abilities of negotiation, logical and good at planning, skill at communication and coordination, can work under pressure and efficient
教育背景:本科或以上,硕士以上优先考虑/ Bachelor or above,Master Degree or above preferred
行业经验:10年以上国内外采购或进出口贸易经验,5年以上外国公司同等职位人员管理经验
At least 10 years’ working experience in domestic and international stocking or import and export trading, at least 5 years experience as the similar position in foreign company on managing a team.
