职位描述
· Experienced in provding Deskside IT support for office and factory users
· Excellent Analytical & Coordination skills are essential.
· Excellent understanding of MS Windows OS and Mac OS. Proficient in installation, configuration, optimization and troubleshooting of Windows and Mac OS.
· Strong knowledge of MS Office Suites support, including but not limited to installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
· Familiar with the compatibility issues and solutions of common business application/software to ensure that users can use various office tools normally.
· Able to support the maintenance and troubleshooting for various computer hardware, such as motherboard, CPU, memory, hard disk, graphics card, etc.
· Familiar with installation, debugging and maintenance of printers, scanners, projectors and other office equipment.
· Familiar with AVDE and conference meeting support
· Have basic configuration and troubleshooting capabilities for network devices (such as switches and routers) to ensure normal connections between desktop devices and the network.
· Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Self-motivated enough to provide consistent customer support with minimal supervision
· Effective communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English are mandatory.
