职位描述
Job contents
1. Provide HR support and services to different business units including talent acquisition, manpower planning, training & development, employee relations & engagement.
2. Handle recruitment and selection process including but not limited to job-ad posting, screen CV, handle working visa, conduct interviews, verification of candidate's qualifications and staff onboarding preparation.
3. Provide support to internal training activities
4. Update and maintain recruitment reports and database to ensure accuracy
5. Prepare, review and analyze manpower related management reports
6. To assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies, procedures and practice
7. Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
1. At least 3 years of relevant experience, with experience in applying working visa is an advantage
2. Proficiency in MS Office application (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills with common sense and good telephone manner
4. Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
