岗位职责:
1. Organize the collection of market information, customer needs and industry trends in the Greater Bay Area, and provide regional annual/quarterly/monthly sales forecast reports;
组织收集大湾区的市场信息、客户需求和行业动态,提供大区年度/季度/月度销售预测报告;
2. Formulate the annual sales plan of the responsible area according to the sales strategy of the stem cells;
依据干细胞产品线销售策略,制定所负责区域的年度销售计划;
3. Do a good job in customer management in the Greater Bay Area, and directly participate in the business negotiation and relationship maintenance of important customers;
抓好大湾区内客户管理,直接参与重要客户的业务谈判与关系维护;
4. Hold regular regional sales meetings to summarize regional annual/semi-annual/quarterly/monthly sales;
定期召开区域销售会议,进行区域年度/半年/季度/月度销售情况总结;
5. Cooperate with the marketing department to implement academic promotion activities, and organize and follow up the results of participating customers and feedback activities in a timely manner;
配合市场部实施学术推广活动,及时组织跟进参会客户及反馈活动效果;
6. Responsible for the management of regional sales expenses, timely adjustment and effective control according to usage;
负责区域销售费用管理,根据使用情况及时调整和有效控制。
任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with an educational background in medicine, biology and related majors;
本科以上学历,具备医学、生物及相关专业的教育背景;
2. Have rich sales and marketing experience in the field of stem cell mobilization agent products.
在干细胞动员剂产品领域有丰富的销售及市场推广经验;
3. It has core customer resources related to stem cells in the Greater Bay Area;
拥有大湾区干细胞相关的核心客户资源;
4. Understand the policy trend of the Greater Bay Area and the development trend of the industry;
了解大湾区政策走向及行业发展态势;
5. Excellent language and written expression ability, strong interpersonal communication and coordination ability;
