1. JOB CONTEXT/ SCOPE工作内容/范围： Ø Be responsible for managing new product development process to make sure program launch smoothly. Ø Be responsible to pre-review with global program director and gate keeper and pass gates in global program STC meeting, and achieve program targets (Quality, Cost, Timing). Ø Be responsible for conducting and implement all project activities defined in the Company project management system with support of a project team, including: planning, monitoring, controlling, communication,organizing and leading frequent project meetings, reporting. Ø Be responsible for managing engineering change from external and internal during product development phase. Ø Manage customer expectation and dig out customer interests. Ø Be responsible for organizing internal cost calculation (CC) to support KAM to achieve or close cost gaps. Ø Support to drive any opportunities of cost reduction and propose, push team to implement it. Ø Organize team to delivery samples requirement from customer side during product development phase. 2. INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS / SPECIFICATION任职者要求： Ø Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive business, including minimum 3 years in project management. Ø Be good at on VAVE tool to improve project margin. Ø Advanced leadership capabilities and ability to work with all levels of organization Team work oriented. Ø Brilliant problem solving skills, with the ability to find ways to work under pressure and make deadlines. Ø Well know about tools of APQP, such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, DV, PV, etc Ø Fluency in Chinese and English Ø Bachelor degree or above is preferred Ø Technical background is preferred Ø
