岗位职责：

一、 质量体系 Quality system

1、Support quality system engineer for various system audits , close of non-conformity finding with the quality system engineer
支持质量体系工程师完成各种审核及制定、跟踪确认改善措施的关闭；

二、 客户投诉 Customer Concern

1、Responsible for resolution of customer concern use of tooling as 8D /5 Why / Fishbone and document the official report to customer as well as internal team and improvement plan
负责运用8D报告/5Why分析/鱼骨图等质量工具解决客户投诉问题，并形成正式的报告给客户以及内部团队,制定改善计划
2、Responsible for the valuation of the corrective actions effectivity and durative.do the quality audit regularly.
负责改善措施的有效性和持续性验证。定期进行质量审核
3、Responsible for the customer audit due to every customer concern.
负责对应针对各客户投诉的客户审核
4、Responsible the disposal of Non-conformity parts in customer site include make rework method, verification rework method accordingly and track with the entire rework status.
负责对客户处不合格品处理方案的制定、确认和进展跟踪

三、 Production Quality Management 生产质量管理

1、质量培训 Quality Training
Responsible for quality training to all the staffs in work floor as below following PMG requirement:Quality awareness / Non-conformity management / Quality tooling for problem solving as 8D/tPS/5Why/Fishbone/ / My Quality/Quality Basic/Q-Dash/SPC/MSA/Inspection method and so on
根据公司要求负责质量相关培训如：质量意识/不合格管理/问题解决的相关工具/我的质量/质量基础/过程统计/测量系统分析/Q-dash等

2、不合格品管理 Non-conformity management

3、过程质量控制 Process Quality Control
1) Support PE for PFMEA and Control Plan review and improvement, responsible for inspection method and inspection frequency definition and improvement
支持工程评审和完善PFMEA和控制计划，负责测量方法和测量频次的定义与完善
2) Responsible for the inspection training and daily audit of the inspection effectivity and durative
负责测量培训并日常检查测量有效性与持续性
3) Support for the ECR flow. Participate in the valuation of ECR as well as new machine set up.Responsible for the application and PPAP to customer of ECR if necessary.
支持工程变更流程，并参与工程变更的评估，包括新设备的引进必要时，负责向客户提交申请和工程变更的PPAP资料

4、生产质量改善 Production Quality Improvement
1) Focus on the reduction of NQC/Internal PPM/Non-standard inspection （rework/100% inspection）
致力于不良质量成本/内部PPM/非标检测的降低（返工/全检）
2) Support for the analysis of the quality records and inspection data in Q-Dash for quality improvement
支持对Q-Dash中测量数据和质量记录的分析以提高产品质量

3) Focus on the definition and improvement of parts valuation standard as well as visual standard following the customer requirement
根据客户要求，致力于定义和改善产品评价标准，包括外观标准

四、 APQP of new project 新品项目管理

1) Participate in new project feasibility study
参与新品的可行性分析
2) Responsible for the definition of the inspection method ,design of special gauge.Support for MSA.
负责新品测量方法的定义,专用检具的设计。支持测量系统分析
3) Responsible for the full dimension report
负责全尺寸报告。
4) Participate in review of PFMEA and control plan.,submission of PPAP documents,, especially for PSW.
参与PFMEA和控制计划的评审,提交PPAP资料 ,尤其对PSW负责。

五、 Quality Department Work 质量部门工作

1) Focus on achieving and improvement of quality KPI ;
致力于质量KPI的完成和改善；
2) Responsible for quality monthly report and weekly report to direct manager and matrix manager and share with internal team
负责完成质量月报和周报，向直接经理和矩阵经理汇报，并分享至内部团队；
3) Focus on achieving the budget of quality CIMs and CIP
致力于质量的成本降低和持续改进计划的达标

六、 Other其他

Follow the requirement and finish the task arranged by manager.
完成并执行经理安排的任务或要求。

岗位要求：

1) More than 3 years working experience in quality engineer
3年以上质量工程师工作经验.
2) Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, etc tools
熟悉APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA等工具
3) Knowledge of machining, heat treatment, powder metallurgy
机加工，热处理知识，粉末冶金一般知识培训.
4) Good at English speaking, writing, and listening if No PM/Material working experience
非粉末冶金/材料专业者需要必备的英语听说写技能
5) Drawing skill: CAD/UG or others drawing skills is necessary
CAD/UG 或者其他必备绘图技能
6) Good communication skills
良好的沟通能力.
7) Honesty, good professional dedication
