Job Responsibilities:
1. Take responsibilities of customer mill sales, coordinate and strengthen the internal sources support, communicate with customers and get the Max. package of sales
2. Visit customers, understand customer needs and challenges, group the internal sources to make proposal, improve the customer satisfaction and growth
3. Follow up the customers purchasing flow and orders execution, coordination the internal related departments, feedback and make proposal for work improvement
4. Investigate the competition and analyze the competitors' behavior, and propose the counter solutions and way to improve the competitiveness
5. take care the market environment and customers' situation and make proposal of needed changes on how to develop and get better
6. Help PM/PE to make quotations (pricing, technical specifications) and Quotation follow up and price negotiation
7. Contract negotiation and payment follow up
8. Achieve annual budget
Job Requirements:
1. Expertise knowledge of the Paper making process, operations and production
2. Motivational toward teamwork and driving forward a successful sales team
3. Excellent interpersonal skills to nature team spirit and cooperation
4. 8 years working experience in Paper and pulp industry or related experience
5. 3 years sales experience in Paper and pulp industry
6. Bachelor degree of Paper making
7. Self-confident and ready to learn new things
8. Service and sales minded
9. Strong communication skills
10. Fluent in English both oral and writing
11. Willing to travel
