Job Responsibilities:
1. Receive and review orders issued by Liberty Lift US, and confirm order delivery dates with suppliers.
2. Provide weekly PO schedule update of each supplier to Liberty Lift US team.
3. According to the production schedule, communicate with the US headquarters in advance regarding shipping matters, including but not limited to confirming packing plans, reviewing shipping documents, communicating with freight forwarders, Liberty Lift US team, and suppliers regarding booking matters, to ensure timely shipment.
4. Track and provide feedback on the transportation status of goods.
5. Translation of company technical documents.
6. Assist in conducting on-site audits of suppliers by the Liberty Lift US team.
7. Assist the supervisor in completing daily work.
Qualifications for the position:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in English, international trade or related fields, with a background in the mechanical industry preferred.
2. English proficiency level 6 or above, proficient in both written and spoken English, able to communicate fluently with foreign colleagues.3. Good at communication and teamwork skills and be familiar with operating office software such as Word, Excel, etc.
4. Familiar with foreign trade processes and related laws;
5. Having a strong sense of responsibility, possessing high professional ethics and moral conduct.
