• Warmly welcoming and seeing off guests (check-in and out)
• Information centre – providing guests with extensive information
• Operating the telephone system – processing and forwarding enquiries
• Guest service – processing enquiries, fulfilling requests
• Posting services to guest accounts and cash management
• Creating credit notes and invoices
职位要求:
• Completed training in the hospitality industry in the upscale hotel sector
• Initial professional experience at the front office in a similar establishment is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of hotel management and reservation software is an advantage
• Good knowledge of written and spoken German and English; knowledge of another foreign language an advantage
• Team spirit, flexibility and a professional and confident manner when dealing with our customers and guests round off your profile
