Main responsibilities:
1. QUALITY ASSURANCE IN SERIES
1) Ensures implementation and execution of quality controls in production
2) Coordinates the quality improvement in the APU:
· Evaluates quality and process metrics and initiates action
· Conducts risk analysis for quality issues regarding slip to customer and impact
· Defines and triggers implementation of measures together with involved parties
· Promotes the achievement of quality objectives in APU
· Documents analysis results in the SAP
3) Supports CQE in problem resolution for issues caused by production:
· Analyzes customer complaint
· Determines root causes
· Defines immediate and permanent corrective actions
· Supports CQE in set up of analysis reports and 8D report
· Supports CQE in case of customer questions on complaints
2. ENSURES THE EXCHANGE OF QUALITY INFORMATION (COMPLAINTS) WITH OTHER APUs / PLANTS
3. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT (CIP)
1) Provides input for possible improvement measures
2) Initiates DOE etc. for influence variable analysis
4. PROBLEM SOLVING / Training & Coaching
1) Provides methodological know-how for complex problem solving
2) Qualifies analysis employees with regard to problem solving
3) Supports the CIP of QMS
4) Risk evaluation for quality issues in production
5. MANAGEMENT OF ANALYSIS TECHNICIANS
1) Guide and monitor quality analysis technician to implement quality control requirement
2) Coach quality technicians for quality tools and skills
3) Monitor and evaluate quality technicians performance
6. Other tasks
1) Support internal and external audits
2) Take part in meeting of new project releasing
3) Tracking quality related open points
4) Take part in FMEA meetings/ support FMEA maintenance
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE):
1. At least Bachelor degree with majors in science and engineering.
2. At least 3 years’ working experience in quality function.
3. Familiar to IATF16949, ISO14001 / 18001 systems.
4. Knowledge of SPC, capability studies, control plans, FMEA and QC tools.
5. Workable in written English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
1. Certificate for internal/external auditor
2. Soft skill SAP knowhow
3. Have experience at process or manufacturing engineering positions
4. Fluent in oral English
