Key duties:
• Assists Trade Manager to manage vessel space according to the policies from principal and management. Assists to fill up the given allocation / lifting budget with maximum revenue.
• Complies company’s procedure and audit / QC policies, enhances MSC brand and market reputation.
• Assists Trade Manager to ensure accurate prospects in iSpace and provide accurate equipment forecast to principal.
• Consolidates daily rate requests from Sales and apply to principal.
• Rate filing after liner’s approval.
• POL/POD demurrage free times applications.
• SCT code applications.
• Works closely with sales team and other departments to carry out the day-to-day follow up and operation.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• CET 4
• Basic written / spoken English, basic computer skills.
• Conscientious, cooperative and patient.
