岗位职责:
1) Propose the appropriate agencies for purchasing bidding, including but not limited to job boards website, RPO, job fairs, head-hunters;
2) Release recruitment information through internal and external channels, develop and maintain good relationship with vendors;
3) Identify and maintain various recruitment channels internally and externally;
4) Talent research, assessment and selection through CV collection and interviews, partner with line managers to identify suitable talents according to the job requirements;
5) Organize or participate in recruitment activities such as campus recruitment, job fair etc;
6) Report and analyse recruitment status periodically;
7) Build a consistent pipeline network of candidates to support current and future hiring needs and potential growth opportunities;
8) Handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by Recruiting Manager.
1) Good English language skills;
2) Knowledge of market employment and development trends, labour markets and competitors;
3) Excellent communication & negotiation skills;
4) Ability to communicate effectively with recruiting managers, third-party providers and candidates at all levels.
5) Understand Chinese labor market and recruitment methods.
6) Flexibility to manage multi-tasks.
