职位描述

Major Responsibilities and Objectives:

• Based on business requirements,implement the data solution in Ali cloud, e.g. guide business to standardize data structure, ETL, data warehouse setup, data visualization, data insight and action for business, and tracking business execution and measure the business value created.

• As central data product manager, lead to design and develop data platform in Ali Cloud by Max Compute.

• Design and optimize the data algorithm.

• Lead the corporate data governance and security.

• Responsible for the overall data analysis of commercial projects (asset portfolio),including sales data, rent, CRM and Wechat Mini program.

• Build a data analysis system, provide data support for project operations, deeply participate in other digital product projects of the department, and optimize its data management and application


Skills,Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science with a specialization in data engineering, application development, or similar.

• At least 8 years of full-time work experience in Information Technology including at least 5 years in data area, preferably in a related industry.

• At least 5 years Agile product management, and development experience.

• Good experience of Data Warehouse architecture and setup,and batch/stream development

• Good knowledge of Hive, Flink,Python, R, ETL tools, BI tools.

• Good experience of Hadoop eco-system, and Ali big data/BI native service.

• Hands-on stakeholder management experience, superb leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Working in Commercial real estate and good English is a plus.
