About the Role:
As part of our strategic growth initiative in North America and the EU, we are actively seeking a seasoned and ambitious Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, acting as the face of 3S Apparel to potential clients, and driving long-term partnerships that foster sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Business Development: Uncover and pursue new sales prospects within the apparel sector, expanding our market reach and presence.
● Client Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for all client interactions, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries, feedback, and requests.
● Relationship Building: Cultivate enduring client relationships by demonstrating exceptional service and understanding of their needs.
Qualifications:
● Experience: A background in sourcing, supply chain management, or buying from major apparel wholesalers or retailers is highly desirable.
● Sales Excellence: A verifiable history of meeting and exceeding sales targets, backed by a track record of building robust and lasting client relationships.
● Negotiation Skills: Possess strong negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms and conditions.
● Self-Starter: A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
Compensation Package:
This position features a lucrative commission-based compensation structure, where your earnings are directly proportional to your sales performance. The more you sell, the more you earn – there’s no limit to your income potential.
