职位描述
Responsibilities:

1) Support with routine IT issues, company's internal systems and services, programs, office equipment for appr. 50 employees,
2) Repair computer equipment and related devices or replace them
3) Control hardware and software procurement, costs, follow budget,
4)Manage information security and data backup jobs, server room, VoIP, network equipment, information and outsourcing vendors,
5)Participation in development, implementation and/or optimization of internal policies and procedures,
6) Providing assistance and advice to employees,
7) Supporting IT HQ locally on IT projects
Documentation and reporting on IT matters.

Requirements:
1)Bachelor degree, major in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering or similar
2)Knowledge of Microsoft products: Windows 10 Pro and above, Office Pro 16 and above, AD.
3)Knowledge of Infrastructure Technologies: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
4) Minimum 2 years working experience in technical support or customer service.
5) Ability to communicate in English, Russian is required, Mandarin speaking and writing ability is prefer.
6) Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently with internal clients.
7) Full-time in-office work
