Job Description:
1. Assist the leaders of the group and business units in taking full responsibility for personnel management in the Jakarta according to the needs of the company's development strategy, including human resource planning, job placement, employee recruitment, onboarding, job transfer, resignation, promotion, employee relationship handling, salary incentive, and other personnel management systems, systems, and process construction;
2. Responsible for daily personnel management work, ensuring comprehensive coordination among departments, establishing, improving, and effectively implementing various personnel rules and regulations, implementation rules, and related work processes;
3. Responsible for handling employee labor and personnel related complaints, maintaining employee relationships, and assisting in labor dispute arbitration and resolution;
4. Responsible for establishing and improving employee compensation incentive mechanisms, reviewing, evaluating, and revising incentive plans and salary management related systems for each department, as well as salary management work such as salary evaluation and accounting;
5. Responsible for the management of personnel in the department, including personnel recruitment, performance evaluation, training, and development;
6. Other temporary matters arranged by superiors.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resources management, labor and social security, business management, etc. is preferred;
2. At least 5 years of experience in personnel management in large enterprises, fluent in Chinese and Indonesian, proficient in various office software;
3. Logical rigor, clear organization, good analytical and problem-solving skills, teamwork spirit, and professional ethics;
4. Need to accept occasional business trips to South Kalimantan.
