岗位职责:

1、配合销售做好产品售前、售中及售后技术支持工作；

Cooperate with sales department to provide technical support before, during and after sales;

2、与客户医院的技术交流、技术方案宣讲，演示实验、带教实验及产品售后问题处理；

Technical communication with customer hospital, technical scheme propaganda, demonstration experiment, teaching experiment and product after-sales problem handling;

3、做好产品的跟踪反馈，出现问题及时反馈，利于公司产品优化。

Do a good job of product tracking feedback, timely feedback of problems, which is conducive to the company

s product optimization.

任职要求:

1、医学检验、药学、生物技术等相关专业本科及以上学历，英语口语流利；

Bachelor degree or above in medical laboratory, pharmacy, biotechnology or other related majors; fluent in oral English；

2、有较强的实验动手能力及沟通交流能力，工作认真负责；

Have strong ability of experiment and communication, work conscientiously and responsibly;

3、抗压性强，能接受海外常驻。

Strong pressure resistance, be able to accept overseas business trip arrangement.
