岗位职责:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize the new employee orientation;
Collect and analyze the training needs from dept. to complete the annual training plan;
Manage the whole training progress, including the preparation of pre-training, execution of training, evaluation of training results and so on;
Organize the internal and external training according to training plan;
Operate online platform and manage learning projects ;
Continuously optimize the training process and analysis the training data;
Develop internal and external training course and manage internal trainers team;
Build the training supplier resource and evaluate their performance;
Support supervisor to conduct the talent development program: the trainee program, the vocational training program, career path, succession plan and so on;
Other tasks assigned by team leader.
实施人才发展计划:培训生计划、职业培训计划、职业道路、继任计划等;
根据培训计划组织内外部培训;
运营在线平台,管理学习项目;
持续优化培训流程,分析培训数据;
开发内外部培训课程,管理内训师团队;
建立培训供应商资源并进行评估;
主管交办的其他工作。
任职要求:
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Major is not limited, bachelor degree and above
3 years above training experience, Automotive or Manufacturing industry is plus
Good team spirit, Self-motivated, passionate, strong anti-pressure and communicate ability, eager to learn
Good English and office software skill.
专业不限,本科及以上学历;
3年以上培训经验,汽车或制造业优先;
良好的团队合作精神,有上进心,有激情,抗压和沟通能力强;
良好的英语和办公软件技能。
