职位描述 根据公司的经营计划和目标,负责所辖顾问行销团队的整体销售管理和考核工作,确保达到公司各阶段业绩及人力目标。Responsible for overall sales management and evaluation under govern, according to company business plan and objective, to ensure all stage of performance and workforce planning goal 1.业务发展方面:Business development 根据分公司的整体目标,制定区部业务发展计划与各项KPI指标、年度、月度目标,以达成区部销售业绩及人力目标。Set business plan, KPI and annual/ monthly goal according to branch business objective, to achieve the sales target and HC target. 2.招募与选材方面:Recruiting (1)识别拔尖的SM,并建立相应的个性化的AM培养流程。Identify top SM, and establish individuation AM training process. (2)帮助 AM识别拔尖的、具备管理潜质的 LP,并对该过程予以相应监督。Help AM to identify top, high-potential LP, and supervise the process (3)举办管理职位的公开说明会。Public explanation for management positions (4)进行管理层选才评估。Management assessment (5)监督AM举办LP公开说明会,进行选才面谈(MS2)Supervise AM to hold LP public explanation, and interview (MS2) 3. 训练与发展方面:Training (1)协助实施AM培训课程。 Support to implement AM training course (2)协助实施SM培训课程。 Support to implement SM training course (3)指导、监督AM开展 LPTC, BTP以及其它相关训练/发展培训项目。 Coach/ supervise AM to hold LPTC ,BTP and related training/development program (4)协调营销方法的研究和发展。Coordinate sales research and development. (5)协调营销策略/市场细分/营销宣传讨论会。Coordination of marketing strategy / market segmentation / marketing campaign discussion (6)诊断、进行AM的绩效评估 。AM performance evaluation (7)培养AM/SM人才。 AM/SM talent development 4.领导与激励方面:Leadership and promotion (1)在营业区部内做领导表率。 Leadership model (2)在营业区部内建立团队精神。Establish the team work spirit (3)支持 AM在其营业处内建立领导力。 Support AM to establish leadership 5.综合管理方面:general managment (1)领导、监督 AM建立并管理营业处的人力/产能发展。Coach and supervise AM to establish and manage manpower/ capacity development. (2)召开营销区部的季度营销会议。Hold quarterly sales meeting (3)召开AM会议。Hold AM meeting (4)主持销售竞赛活动。 Host sales competitive activities (5)主持促销活动。 Host promotion activities (6)管理项目组。Program management (7)指导AM和 SM的收入和职业规划。Supervise AM and SM of their salary and career planning (8)监督、帮助 AM和 SM达标。Supervise and assist AM/ SM to achieve performance goal. (9)追踪、监督每个营业处的每周/每月业绩成果。Monitor and supervise weekly/ monthly performance (10)控制营业区部和每个营业处的办公费用支出。Work cost control 岗位要求: 1. 本科以上学历。Bachelor degree and above; 2. 十年以上寿险公司工作经验,熟悉保险行业的经营和运作,具备领导个险营销团队的能力和经验 More than 10-years lift insurance working experiences, be familiar with insurance operating model, and be capable for leading Agency team. 3. 熟悉国内寿险市场,熟悉国内、外先进的代理人管理、业务推动及培训方法及流程。Be familiar with domestic insurance market, be familiar with domestic and foreign advanced Agency management, promotion and training measure and processes. 4. 出色的协调能力,理解力及执行力较强,对人诚信。具职业操守和良好的团队管理及创新意识。 Excellent coordination skills, strong understanding and execution, human integrity With professional ethics and good team management and innovation 5. 学习能力强,且能够承担工作压力。Fast learner and willing to work under pressure 7. 善于激励销售团队的展业热情,协调团队内部工作氛围。Good at motivating the sales team's enthusiasm for sales, coordinating the work atmosphere within the team. 8. 具有良好的沟通及人际关系协调能力。 Good communication and coordination skill 9. 熟悉顾问行销渠道销售模式。Be familiar with Agency sales model 10. 性格开朗、乐于承担工作压力。Cheerful, and willing to work under pressure.
