岗位职责:
1. Effective segmentation & targeting : Determining which customer segments and customer objectives (e.g. acquisition/new sell, retention, expansion/upsell/cross-sell) will most effectively meet MetLife’s business objectives.
2. Value Proposition development (incl. VAS and CX propositions) : Developing, optimizing and validating the right combinations of product, services, message, price, channel, external partnerships etc. to satisfy new and existing customer needs and maximize business results.
3. Business Case Development: Developing the business cases to validate the value propositions.
4. Pilot Optimization: Develop the pilot execution plan, test & learn plan and metrics , monitor and refine the pilot as necessary to maximize learning and success.
5. Translating business objectives and goals into annual marketing strategies and plans to drive growth, providing structured plans on where to play and how to win and identifying metrics for success.
6. Perform brand purpose and positioning by established MetLife noble purpose and defining differentiating positioning and attributes that drive attraction to the brand globally, regionally and locally.
岗位要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above. 10+ years working experience in consulting firm/insurance or other financial industry, in-depth understanding of Marketing/Strategy/Customer Segmentation.
2. Advanced strategic planning and analytical capability, excellent business acumen, strong project management capability, strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.
3. Proactive working attitude and results driven with great passion.
