职责描述:  Be responsible for the implementation of the overall recruitment plan of HO(head office), formulate the recruitment plan of the branch company according to the business development and manpower demand of the BO( branch office), and supervise the actual implementation. 负责落实执行总公司整体的招募规划,并根据分公司业务发展及人力需求制定分公司的招募计划及督导实际执行  Responsible for the implementation of the overall training plan for New TSR, and in combination with the BO's business development and training needs, formulate training plan and supervise the actual implementation for New TSR. 负责落实执行总公司整体的岗前训规划,并结合分公司业务发展及培训需求制定分公司的岗前训计划及督导实际执行  According to the KPI requirements of channel recruitment formulated by the HO, promote the supervision team to achieve the KPI 根据总公司制定的渠道招募KPI的要求,推动督导团队达成相应指标  According to the recruitment strategy of the HO, responsible for the implementation of recruitment plans from various channel 根据总公司的招募策略,负责执行各个来源的招募计划  Implement the recruitment management measures formulated by the HO, and conduct regular self survey and improvement 执行总公司制定的各项招募制度及管理办法,并定期自查及改善  Be responsible for the establishment of talent pool of D&D 负责建立电销中心人才库  Be responsible for expanding, maintaining and optimizing various recruitment sources of the BO 负责拓展、维护及优化分公司各种招募来源  Responsible for the implementation of recruitment process, including resume management and screening, invitation interview, career briefing, interview arrangement and tracking, offer signing arrangement and tracking, training arrangement and tracking, employment application and contract signing arrangement and tracking, etc. 负责执行招募流程,从简历管理及筛选、邀约面试、事业说明会、面试安排及追踪、offer签订安排及追踪、参训安排及追踪、报聘及签订合同安排及追踪等  Responsible for branch recruitment and other activities planning 负责分公司招募其他活动规划  Responsible for other daily recruitment management 负责完成招募日常其他管理工作  Responsible for supervising the team to achieve the KPI requirements of training for New TSR 负责督导团队达成总公司制定的岗前培训KPI的要求  Responsible for the implementation of the company's training planning for New TSR, to ensure that the training work is carried out in accordance with the standards required by the HO 负责执行总公司岗前训培训体系的规划,确保各项岗前培训工作按照总公司要求的标准统一执行  Be responsible for participating in the development of some training courses of the HO and the BO. 负责参与总公司部分培训课程以及分公司非制式课程的开发  Responsible for regular communication of training needs and feedback of training implementation effect, and put forward suggestions for improvement of training for new TSR 负责定期沟通岗前培训需求并反馈培训实施效果,提出岗前培训改善建议  Be responsible for the daily management of training for new TSR 负责完成岗前培训日常其它管理工作 任职要求:  Over 2 years’ experience in recruitment or related 2年以上招聘工作及相关工作经验  Familiar with sales industry and recruitment process, including intermediary recruitment process, campus recruitment process, etc. 熟悉销售行业,熟悉招募流程,包括中介招募程序,校园招募等程序  Easy-going, be able to work under pressure 亲和力强,能在压力下工作  Be familiar with using and applying computer software’s, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint 熟练使用和应用计算机软件,包括word、excel、ppt等  Quick reaction, broad vision, be able to independently complete business exploration of all channels 反应灵敏,思路开阔,能独立完成与各渠道的业务拓展任务  Good at interpersonal communication; excellent oral and written expression 较强的人际交往能力,良好的文字、口头表达能力  Long-lasting learning ability and broad knowledge; be able to resist pressures 持续的学习能力和宽广的知识面,具有较强的抗压能力
