Job description
1.Manage and coordinate logistics operation in South China, which include intercompany transportation, domestics and export customer transportation , logistics strategy, logistics cost control and plant internal logistics service.
2.Setup WHS and logistics standard operation procedure and continuously optimize the operation on the standing point of cost and efficiency.
Implements and manages professional warehouse KPIs. i.e. utilization, delivery accuracy, stock accuracy, production SA, loading waiting times, etc.
3.Control the supply chain cost with in the budget
Prepare and tracking for the logistics cost and the logistics PAP achievement.
4.Ensure all equipment, racking and fire safety systems are maintained to a high and compliant standard (compliant with all local regulations).
Applied safety 1st principles targeting zero harm and zero LTA in all responsible sites. Arrange necessary training and ensures all FLT licenses are unto date and in place.
5.Provide the best delivery and service to customer , work close with production department ,CSR, WH and QA to avoid any kind of supply issues. make sure OTIF rate over than 95%.
Responds to customer complaints and issues on transportation, generating counter measures and control plans.
6.Monitor the performance of logistics supplier performance and improvements.
7.Prepare the annual logistics cost budget, logistics capex budget, and PAP budget, monitor the actual expense within the the budget.
Collect data of daily /weekly/ monthly /quarterly /annually report .monitor the trend and analysis the result and provide feasible suggestion /solution.
8.Lead for WAM SC pillar Logistics function.
Follow the global guideline, define the continuous improvement opportunity, set up best practice to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Supports and corporation with other Pillar to optimize the overall improvements.
9.To complete the task assigned by management team.
Job requirements
1.bachelor's degree, at least 5 years experience on related functions and 1 year on management, experience in logistics area and management experience.
2.Understanding about local regulations of transportation, storage, customs. Good understanding and skill in reporting and presentation. Good understanding on cost evaluation. WAM or Learn knowledge.
3.Good at writing and spoken English, Good at communicating. Good team spirit. Cost sensitive and with integrity.
