• Ability to develop excellent client’s relationship
• Have worked with manufacturing industry for component parts catered to the 3Cs.
• Familiar with silicone rubber, plastic injection and/or metal precision component non-functional parts.
• Work experience and excellent business relationships with major consumer companies’ commodity decision makers.
• Minimum 8 to 12 years in senior sales role.
• Leadership capabilities, highly motivated by challenges and results driven.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, able to network with key leaders/decision makers of targeted companies is essential
Experience with building and developing major International Clients’ Account with company business objectives.
• Strong commercial sense in reports and presentation.
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key commodity personnel on potential and current assigned customer accounts.
• Work with factory team personnel in supporting, servicing and managing resources to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
• Work on strategies to meet sales target, volume and margin.
• Proactively assessing, clarifying and validating customer’s needs on an on-going basis.
